TRNR Strength Bar X , when combined with other X-Series components, is the ultimate workout system for total body strength, muscle gain and fat burning. Designed to deliver the workouts of a traditional gym machine at home or on the go, it combines an optimized grip with a durable design. It can accommodate up to three Strength Tubes X, allowing you to mix and match resistance to suit your personal needs and the exercises you choose. The removable midline design makes it ideal for on-the-go training and storage.
