About ordering

From order to delivery



  

  1. Order a product
    *We accept orders placed up until 9:30 a.m. on weekdays (12:00 p.m. on weekdays for next-day delivery) on the same day, and orders placed after that will be processed on the next business day.
  2. Automatic email distribution
    When you place an order, you will first receive an automatic reply email with the subject "Thank you for your order from Puravida Main Store (Order Confirmation)".
    After that, we will check the stock status and send you an order confirmation email.
    *This will be sent automatically from the system. If you reply to the "Thank you for your order" (order confirmation) from Puravida Main Store, we will not be able to check it on the system. Please be sure to reply or contact the email from our staff if you have any questions.

  3. Order acceptance completion email delivery
    We will normally send you an order confirmation email the next business day after your order.
    This will confirm your order details, provide payment information, and inform you of expected delivery date.
    Please note that if our store is closed on weekends, national holidays, the New Year holidays, Obon holidays, etc., your order may be processed on the next business day or later.

About packing products together

We can accept shipments of products that do not have a mark indicating that they cannot be shipped together.
If you would like to have your order shipped together with another order you have already placed, we will put the shipment on hold, so if you place your order after 12:00 noon, please contact us by 12:00 noon the following day, and if you place your order before noon, please contact us by 12:00 noon on the same day.
When placing additional orders, the items must match the same name, address, payment method, and shipping method in order to be shipped together.
Please note that we cannot combine shipping if the items have already been prepared for shipping.

About reservation

The reservation period is one week from the date of order.

Cancelling an order or changing an order

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us by email or phone before the order is shipped.
Due to system limitations, we may not be able to accept changes to payment methods other than cash on delivery, bank transfer, postal transfer, and convenience store payment.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations of orders after 11:30 AM on the scheduled shipping date.
If shipping has already been arranged, we will accept returns or exchanges.

About gift wrapping

When ordering, please select the wrapping you would like and add the item to your shopping cart. Wrapping is available for a fee.

    A. We offer free shipping on orders over 11,000 yen online, but we cannot combine the amount of your WEB order with that of your in-store purchase. This is a service only available for WEB orders, and in-store purchases are billed separately, so shipping charges will still apply.

About the delivery note

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  1. If 15 days or more have passed since the product was delivered and no application has been made through the return/exchange form
  2. Products that cannot be returned or exchanged after opening, such as underwear, swimwear, and yoga mats
  3. Products that have been opened and used or show signs of use
  4. If the item becomes smelly from perfume, tobacco, or other odors due to trying on, or if the item is damaged (scratched, dirty, loose threads, deformed, etc.)

Cooling off period

  • Please note that you will be responsible for shipping and handling fees incurred when returning a product for your own reasons.
  • We may refuse to accept products returned via cash on delivery, mail delivery, or regular mail.

Procedures and refunds after returning the product

[In case of exchange]

  • The replacement item will be shipped after we have inspected the returned item and changed the invoice amount .
  • If there is a difference in the product price, we will charge and refund you using the payment method used at the time of your order.
  • In principle, exchanges will be made for the same product, but if you wish to exchange for a different product and the product price differs from that of your original order, we will charge you the difference in price again . (Please note that we cannot accept exchanges where the difference in price becomes negative.)
    If we are unable to provide a replacement item due to stock shortages, etc., we will provide a refund .

Replacement shipping fee

If you pay by credit card

The shipping cost of the replacement product (660 yen) (330 yen for mail delivery) will be added to your credit card bill .
We will then ship you a replacement item.

If you use cash on delivery

We will arrange for the replacement product to be shipped via cash on delivery, with only the shipping fee of 660 yen plus a cash on delivery fee of 330 yen.
If you wish to exchange the item for a different product and the product price is different, we will charge you the price difference plus 660 yen shipping fee and 330 yen cash on delivery fee.

When using bank, postal or convenience store payment

We will inform you of the transfer fee for the shipping of the replacement product, which is 660 yen (330 yen if sent by mail) plus a settlement fee of 216 yen .
Once we confirm your payment, we will arrange for the replacement item to be shipped.


[About returns]

  • Refunds will be made after the returned item has been received and inspected.
