TRNR ジムボール（75cm）は、体幹の強さ、バランス、協調性、可動域、関節の安定性、姿勢の調整を高める、必須のトレーニングツールです。
ワークアウトに不安定さを加えることで、腹筋、背中、骨盤底筋へ負荷をかけトレーニングができます。
