使用方法
①ネティポットに36℃程度のお湯240mlとネティソルト（別売り）を付属のスプーン1杯分入れて溶かします。（※水道水は5分以上沸騰させてから冷まして使用してください。）
②頭を片側に傾け、あごよりも少し高くなるように姿勢を保ちます。
③ネティポットの先を上側にくる鼻の穴にそっと差し込み、口で息をしながらポットを傾けて洗浄液を鼻の中に注ぎ込みます。（反対側の鼻の穴から洗浄液が流れ出てきます。）
④反対側の鼻の穴にも１〜４を同様に繰り返し行い、終わったら鼻をティッシュ等で優しくかみます。
