6.調合済みサッシェは、必ずニールメッド専用のボトル容器でご使用ください。
7.精製水、もしくは煮沸水を人肌程度の温度に調整し、ご使用ください。
8.感染する可能性がありますので、ボトル容器は他の人との共用はしないでください。
9.ボトル容器は清潔な場所で保管し、衛生のために3ヶ月に一度交換してください。
10.使用後、鼻を強くかまないでください。
11.鼻腔に残留した洗浄液が、時間が経過した後に少々流れ出てくることがあります。

使用方法
1.ボトルのキャップを開ける。
2.水道水は煮沸して体温(36℃)程度に冷ます。精製水を準備し、体温(36℃)程度に温める。(レンジ使用も可)
3.適温になった精製水(煮沸水)240mLに、粉末(1包)を入れて完全に溶かし、洗浄液を作る。
4.キャップをボトルにしっかり取り付ける。
5.頭を下げ、口で息をしながら、ボトルをゆっくり握り液を押し出すと、もう一方の鼻孔から洗浄液が流れ出る。
6.残り半分程度の洗浄液を使い、もう一方の鼻孔から同じ作業をおこなう。最後に鼻をやさしくかむ。

ボトルの洗浄・メンテナンス方法
1.使用後、残った洗浄液を捨て、ボトル、キャップ、チューブを流水で洗います。
2.ボトルに水を入れ、キャップをしたボトルを激しくシェイクします。※このとき、中に入れた水が飛び出さないよう、キャップの先端を指で押さえます。
3.ボトルを強く押し、チューブとキャップの内側を洗浄します。サッシェの成分(塩分)がボトル内に残らないようにしてください。※手のひらなどでキャップ先端をカバーし、水が飛び散らないようにします。
4.ボトルを空にして、キャップを外し、水切り用のグラス立てなどを使い、それぞれに水分が残らないように乾かします。汚れがひどい時は、ボトルに水を入れた後、食器用洗剤を数滴垂らし、3の手順で洗ってください。洗浄後は、洗剤の成分が残らないように、十分に洗い流してください。
※定期的に、電子レンジでの除菌をお勧めします。乾かした状態のボトルとキャップを、500〜600wの電子レンジで60秒加熱してください。
