Natural rubber mats are usually heavy as they get thicker, but we've made it lighter by incorporating lightweight, non-toxic TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) foam into the natural rubber. Natural rubber provides excellent support and stability while you work out, with a non-slip effect. It provides optimal joint cushioning for wrists, elbows, back, hips, knees and ankles. Its closed cell structure also prevents stains and makes it easy to wipe clean. This mat is suitable for all floor surfaces, including hardwood, vinyl, tile, polished concrete and carpet.
